RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At San Luxury, we aim to ensure every piece you receive is in perfect condition and crafted with care. If, for any reason, your order does not meet expectations, we offer a smooth and transparent return and exchange process.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags intact. This helps us maintain hygiene, product safety and quality standards.

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure the sanitation and safety of all customers.


For any return or exchange request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish, without cuts or edits. This helps us verify product condition and resolve concerns smoothly.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video. In such cases, return shipping charges will not apply, and our team will assist you promptly to replace or refund the item.


For returns initiated due to personal preference or size/style concerns, return shipping charges may apply. Once we receive the returned product, it undergoes a thorough quality check. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item passes inspection.

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, replacement, or original payment mode depending on the nature of the request and eligibility.
